Delete Your FADS AI Account

FADS AI Business Suite users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your FADS AI account, contact our support team using the email address associated with your FADS AI account.

Subject: FADS AI Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your FADS AI account and the name of your organisation/workspace so that we can identify your account.

What happens after your request

Once we receive and verify your request, we will process the deletion of your FADS AI account and personal data associated with that account.

This may include account profile information and data stored within your FADS AI workspace, subject to any information that we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or tax purposes.

Where information must legally be retained, it will be retained only for the applicable required period and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.

Request deletion of specific data

You may also contact us at thefadsai@gmail.com if you would like to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire FADS AI account. We will assess and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
